Dilan Braidich, currently incarcerated, was in the news for being identified as the owner of a hidden mobile phone used to send a threatening message to Rome's Mayor Roberto Gualtieri from within Frosinone prison, in retaliation for the demolition of illegally occupied villas linked to criminal factions in the area.
