Dilshi Amshika

Dilshi Amshika was a 16-year-old girl from Colombo, Sri Lanka, who tragically took her own life after suffering severe mental anguish as a result of sexual abuse by a teacher. She had been preparing for her O/L exams and was moved to a new school following the traumatic incident. Despite efforts to support her, the psychological impact of her experiences led to her untimely death on April 29.
