Dimanche Sharon

Dimanche Sharon is the Chief of Mission for the International Organisation for Migration (IOM) in Nigeria. She has been recognized for her efforts in promoting safe and orderly migration, as well as enhancing engagement with the Nigerian diaspora. During her recent visit to the Nigerians in Diaspora Commission (NiDCOM), she highlighted Nigeria's exemplary work in migration management and the significant contributions of the Nigerian diaspora, particularly through remittances, which are the highest in sub-Saharan Africa. Sharon's commitment to collaborating with NiDCOM aims to improve migration solutions and support the sustainable development of Nigeria.
