Dimitrijs Uspenskis

Dimitrijs Uspenskis is a board member of RPR operators, the company responsible for the construction of the Rīgas panorāmas rats, a giant observation wheel set to open in April. He has been actively involved in the final preparations for the project, including website development and visitor activities in the park area.
