Dimitris Paraskevis
Dimitris Paraskevis is a professor of Epidemiology at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and a member of the Board of Directors of the Hellenic National Public Health Organization (EODY). He has been actively involved in addressing public health issues, particularly in relation to infectious diseases and their transmission dynamics. Recently, he provided insights into the transmission of Crimean-Congo Haemorrhagic Fever in Greece, highlighting the complexities of tick-borne diseases.
