Dina Mar Ochy has been sentenced to 80 months in prison by the First Liquidator Court of Criminal Cases for money laundering through the New Business company, which was used to acquire Editora Panamá América. She was declared criminally responsible for the charges and has been barred from engaging in commercial activities for the same duration as her prison sentence.
