Divina Domingo is a former secretary to Joan Pau Miquel, the ex-CEO of Banca Privada d’Andorra (BPA), who is currently under investigation for her involvement in a scheme that allegedly diverted funds from the bank. She is accused of managing various cash movements under direct orders from Miquel, including significant cash withdrawals that were later deposited into Miquel’s personal accounts or related companies.
