Dixie Campos Salazar

Dixie Campos Salazar is the president of the Board of Directors of Vida Plena, a pension operator for the National Teaching Profession in Costa Rica, and also serves as the president of the Board at Caja de ANDE. She has come under scrutiny from the Superintendence of Pensions (Supén) for allegedly lacking the required five years of experience in leadership roles, which has raised concerns about her suitability to manage the pensions of over 139,000 teachers.
