Diya Hassan

Diya Hassan, 21, is a Kurdish woman from Iraq who moved to Sweden in 2018. As an aspiring law student and a tennis coach, she has been actively integrating into Swedish society. However, like many young immigrants, she has received an expulsion order upon turning 18, which has put her educational dreams on hold amidst the recent discussions regarding changes to migration policy.
