Diyan Stamatov
Diyan Stamatov is the chairman of the Union of School Leaders in the Bulgarian education system and the director of 119th Secondary School 'Academician Mihail Arnaudov'. He has recently been in the news for proposing changes to the higher education law that would allow university entrance exams to be scheduled after the state matriculation exams, arguing that doing so would help maintain students' motivation and focus on their final assessments.
