Djê Jessica Traoré

Djê Jessica Traoré is a young entrepreneur and agro-food industries student at UACAO/Bobo-Dioulasso, Burkina Faso. She specializes in the transformation of local agricultural products, particularly known for her natural sorghum juice, which is free from sugar and additives. Jessica aims to promote healthy local foods across Africa and is currently showcasing her product at the AFSF 2025 in Dakar, where she seeks to establish partnerships to expand her business.
