Dmitry Kisiev is a political technologist and lawyer born in June 1994 in Dzhankoy, Crimea. He gained Russian citizenship in 2014 following the annexation of Crimea. Kisiev gained prominence as the head of Boris Nadezhdin's campaign headquarters during the 2024 presidential election, which was marred by allegations of invalid signatures. He is known for his activism, including participation in protests against legislative amendments, and has recently made headlines by filing a lawsuit against the Federal Security Service (FSB) challenging the legality of his citizenship revocation.
