Dmitry Spiridonov

Dmitry Spiridonov is the former deputy director of the Corporation for the Development of the Kursk Region (KDRK), currently embroiled in a criminal case related to the embezzlement of over 150 million rubles allocated for the construction of border guard outposts in the Kursk region. He, alongside several other officials, is accused of negligence and complicity in the scheme that resulted in the construction of only 10% of the planned structures, with the funds being diverted for personal use and bribery.
