Doãn Phúc Hải is a prominent pediatrician and the head of the Pediatrics Center at Bạch Mai Hospital in Vietnam. He has gained recognition for his expertise in treating critical pediatric conditions, particularly those involving neurological injuries. Recently, he was in the news for his role in the urgent care and innovative treatment of a five-year-old boy who suffered a near-fatal incident due to strangulation with a string, where he implemented advanced techniques to stabilize and rehabilitate the child.
