Domenico Pozzovivo is a professional cyclist from Italy, known for his exceptional climbing abilities and resilience in the sport. Born on November 30, 1982, he has had a long and distinguished career, competing at the highest levels of professional cycling since 2005. Pozzovivo has participated in numerous Grand Tours, achieving notable success, including multiple top-ten finishes. Beyond his competitive achievements, he is recognized for his academic pursuits, holding degrees in Business Administration and Motor Sciences, with another in Nutrition Science in progress. Recently, he has taken on the role of coach, training fellow athletes like Olympic race walker Alex Schwazer.
