Domingos Dissei

Domingos Dissei is the president of the Tribunal de Contas do Município (TCM) in São Paulo, overseeing the financial practices and accountability of the municipal government. He was recently in the news for his involvement in a trip to Italy with Mayor Ricardo Nunes, where they explored successful models of Light Rail Transit (VLT) to inspire new urban transportation projects in São Paulo.
