Donald Cerdas

Donald Cerdas is a lawyer and a delegate from Cartago, Costa Rica, who recently spoke out against alleged intimidation and coercion within the chavista party Movimiento Tiempo de Valientes (Motiva). He accused the party's leadership of pressuring delegates to not attend their national assembly, which ultimately failed to meet quorum.
