Donald Francois

Donald Francois is the organizer of the Caribbean Hoopfest basketball tournament, which has grown from a small event to a major tournament featuring multiple age divisions. A descendant of Haiti, he partnered with Jamaican Stephanie Halsted to expand the tournament's reach across the Caribbean after its inception during a birthday trip. Under his leadership, the event aims to nurture young basketball talent and has successfully assisted players in securing scholarships to schools in the United States.
