Donna Harper is the mother of Leona Harper, one of the ten victims of the tragic explosion in Creeslough, Co Donegal, in October 2022. She has been vocal in opposing the planning permission for a new service station on the site of the tragedy, arguing that it is disrespectful to the memories of those who lost their lives.
