Donovan Guy

Donovan Guy is a councillor representing the Jamaica Labour Party (JLP) at the St Catherine Municipal Corporation. He has recently been in the news for allegedly failing to file statutory declarations with the Integrity Commission for the years 2019 to 2022, leading to a ruling by the acting director of corruption prosecutions that he should be charged for breaching the Integrity Commission Act.
