
Dora Pejačević
Dora Pejačević (1885-1923) was a prominent Croatian composer and pianist, recognized as one of the first significant female composers in the country. Born into a musically inclined family, she studied under renowned composers and developed a unique style that blended romanticism with folk elements. Her works, which include symphonic compositions, chamber music, and songs, are celebrated for their emotional depth and innovative forms.
