Initially struggling to accept her son's condition amidst societal stigma, she faced the challenge of protecting him from ridicule and isolation. With the support of Operation Smile, Dorcus witnessed a transformative surgery for Kenny, which not only changed his physical appearance but also altered their family's future, allowing her to embrace and proudly show her son to the world.
