Dorcus Mlughu

Dorcus Mlughu is the Rong’e MCA and the only member of the Taita Taveta County Assembly elected under the United Democratic Alliance (UDA). She was not reinstated following her suspension for alleged misconduct because she did not issue a public apology as required by the assembly. Mlughu has expressed concerns regarding the assembly's oversight role, alleging that it has shifted towards self-serving interests rather than serving the public.
