Dorka Rocío Báez

Dorka Rocío Báez is the director of the Escuela Básica Héctor José Díaz in the 27 de Febrero neighborhood of the Dominican Republic's Distrito Nacional. She has been vocal about the inadequate conditions in which over 300 students receive education, often exceeding classroom capacity and lacking essential facilities for their development. Despite the challenges, Báez and her staff strive to provide quality education, advocating for a larger school infrastructure to better serve the local community.
