Doron Zakcer

Doron Zakcer, 51, is a resident of Kibbutz Hazor and an advocate for the families of kidnapped soldiers. Born in Kibbutz Ashdot Yaakov, he has worked in social initiatives and is a father of two. After a life-changing accident left him in a wheelchair, he chose to embrace life and support others. His recent involvement in the struggle for the return of his adopted son, Idan Alexander, who was kidnapped during the October 7 attacks, has brought him into the public eye as he passionately campaigns for all kidnapped individuals.
