Dorothy Bain

Dorothy Bain is the head of Scotland’s prosecution service, known for her advocacy of a more compassionate approach to drug use. She has publicly stated that it would not be in the public interest to prosecute users of the Thistle safer drug consumption facility for possession of drugs for personal use.
