Doubjie

Doubjie is a 72-year-old elder from Linze Village in Nyingchi, Tibet, who has dedicated over thirty years to the protection of wild macaques. Under his stewardship, a macaque population that was once on the brink of extinction has flourished into a thriving community of over 5,000 individuals, exemplifying the harmonious coexistence of humans and nature.
