Dr Allan Cunningham

Dr. Allan Cunningham is a former council member of the Global Jamaica Diaspora Council (GJDC) in the U.S. South. He has been vocal about the challenges facing Jamaican expatriates in participating in diaspora elections, attributing low voter registration numbers to apathy and a flawed system that fails to inspire trust among potential voters.
