Dr Billy Gillis-Harry

Dr. Billy Gillis-Harry is the National President of the Petroleum Retailers Outlet Owners Association of Nigeria (PETROAN). He has been actively involved in advocating for the interests of petroleum marketers in Nigeria, particularly in matters related to bridging claims and the economic stability of the downstream petroleum sector. Recently, he led PETROAN in deciding against a planned strike over a significant N100 billion bridging claim, emphasizing the importance of dialogue and negotiation with regulatory authorities to resolve outstanding payment issues. Under his leadership, PETROAN aims to promote cooperation and innovative solutions within the industry.
