Dr. Eshtemp
Dr. Eshtemp was the first dentist in Iran and served as the personal dentist to Ahmad Shah Qajar. He was a Swiss national who played a significant role in the development of the Mahmoudieh area by subdividing large tracts of land for sale to foreigners, significantly shaping the demographic and cultural landscape of the neighborhood.
