Dr. Hosea Kili

Dr. Hosea Kili is the chairperson of the Association of Pension Trustees and Administrators (Aptak) and the chief executive of CPF Financial Services. He leads a committee established by the National Treasury to explore strategies for leveraging pension assets for infrastructure development, particularly in light of recent challenges in public-private partnership investments.
