Dr. Otokolo Fidelis

Dr. Otokolo Fidelis is the Principal Manager of the Education, Health, and Social Services at the NDDC, where he supports initiatives aimed at improving maternal and child health. He represented Dr. Ezugu in a recent workshop focused on training traditional birth attendants to enhance community healthcare.
