Dr. Valmore St-Germain was a physician and prominent member of the Ligue des Patriotes, an organization that supported French-speaking immigrants in Fall River, Massachusetts. He played a key role in advocating for the economic interests of francophones and was known for his speeches promoting the idea of Canadian annexation to the United States during the late 19th century.
