Dragan Bulatović

Dragan Bulatović is a candidate who recently contested the position of director at 'Sportski objekti' and filed a lawsuit against the decision of the City Assembly of Podgorica to appoint Aleksandar Vučković instead. He argued that he met all the qualifications for the role and claimed that the Assembly failed to provide a proper explanation for their choice.
