He highlighted that guests arriving from various European countries are frustrated by delays caused by construction machinery and poor road conditions, which have made their travel time from Tivat Airport to Budva longer than their flight duration. Ivančević warned that the lack of adequate infrastructure could negatively impact Montenegro's tourism sector.
