Dragan Šubarić

Dragan Šubarić is the Secretary of the Secretariat for Spatial Planning in the Municipality of Pljevlja, Montenegro. He has recently gained media attention for highlighting the challenges local governments face in establishing agencies for spatial planning due to a lack of qualified personnel. Šubarić is working with other municipalities to form a joint agency to address these staffing issues and improve the planning and development processes in the region.
