Dragomir Rajačić

Dragomir Rajačić is a retired military officer and the president of the NGO 'Beskućnik' in Herceg Novi, Montenegro. He has been a vocal advocate for the rights of military pensioners, particularly in relation to unresolved housing issues affecting over 250 retired military personnel in Montenegro, many of whom have lived without stable housing for decades despite having contributed financially to a housing fund during their service.
