With over twenty years of experience in the healthcare system, Zina is tasked with addressing significant challenges in governance, human resource management, infrastructure modernization, and ensuring the availability of essential health products. He aims to foster a spirit of collaboration and transparency within the hospital while preparing for the operational transition to the new CHU de Pala.
