Dror Boimel

Dror Boimel is the Deputy Director of Environmental Protection and Nature Conservation at the Society for the Protection of Nature in Israel. He is an advocate for preserving natural landscapes and biodiversity, often voicing concerns regarding large-scale development projects that threaten ecological balance. Recently, he has been vocal about the potential negative impacts of a massive solar field planned for the Negev desert.
