Ducu Bertzi is a Romanian singer-songwriter known for his performances at Cenaclul Flacăra, where he contributed to the cultural movement during the Communist era. He was on stage during the last concert in Ploiești in 1985, a performance that ended in tragedy due to a storm and subsequent panic among the audience.
