Dulip Prasanna

Dulip Prasanna is an environmentalist and a representative of the Monaragala Forest Foundation, who has been vocal about the increasing human-elephant conflict in Sri Lanka and the need for protecting critical elephant corridors such as Dahaiyagala and Vatahirikanda.
