Dumaro Charles-Owaba

King Dumaro Charles-Owaba is the Obanobhan of Ogbia kingdom, a traditional leadership position in Bayelsa State, Nigeria. He has been involved in advocating for the interests of the Ogbia people and has publicly supported the reappointment of Dr. Samuel Ogbuku as the Managing Director of the Niger Delta Development Commission.
