Dung Ngo

Dung Ngo is a design writer, collector, and editor in chief of the architecture and design journal AUGUST. With a collection of over 10,000 pieces of cutlery, his passion for flatware began 25 years ago and has culminated in his upcoming book 'Knife Fork Spoon: Modernist Cutlery 1900–2025' and a related exhibition at the Denver Art Museum. Ngo is dedicated to exploring the evolution of cutlery design, emphasizing the importance of 3D printing technology and inclusivity in the design process.
