Dương Lập Cường is one of the four key members of the 'Bạch' crime syndicate, which operated extensive cross-border fraud schemes from Kokang, Myanmar. He was sentenced to death for his involvement in various serious crimes, including fraud, intentional injury, kidnapping, and organized crime, leading to significant social harm and multiple fatalities.
