Dylan David is a 32-year-old chef originally from Cannes, France, who grew up in Los Angeles and later moved to Israel. He trained at a French culinary school and has worked in high-end restaurants across France, Dubai, Portugal, and Los Angeles. David has embraced a strict kosher lifestyle while innovating in the culinary world, particularly in seafood. He opened his restaurant, Otoro, in Ramat Gan, where he creatively reinterprets traditional dishes to fit kosher standards, including his unique take on lobster and crab tartare, which he aims to bring to a kosher audience, thereby enriching their dining experiences.
