E.C.B. is a three-year-old boy who gained attention after a video surfaced showing him smoking a cigarette during a wedding in Emek Mahallesi, Odunpazarı. The incident prompted an investigation by the Eskişehir Republic Prosecutor's Office, leading to legal actions against his mother for alleged negligence regarding the child's safety. During the trial, E.C.B.'s mother defended herself, claiming he had found a plastic object and mistakenly brought it to his mouth, asserting that she did not expose him to any harmful substances.
