E. Manovas
E. Manovas is a Lithuanian individual facing serious allegations of espionage for Russia. He is accused of gathering information of interest to the Russian military intelligence agency GRU from 2018 to 2024, allegedly working with unidentified agents in exchange for financial compensation. Manovas, who holds dual Lithuanian and Russian citizenship, was arrested in January of the previous year when authorities discovered surveillance equipment in his possession. He previously made a political attempt in 2011 by running for a seat in the Šiauliai city council with the Homeland Union – Lithuanian Christian Democrats party, but was expelled from the party following the charges against him.
