Earl Monroe
Earl Monroe, nicknamed 'The Pearl,' is a retired American professional basketball player who is celebrated for his electrifying style of play and scoring ability. He played for the Baltimore Bullets and the New York Knicks, winning an NBA championship with the Knicks in 1973. Monroe was a two-time NBA All-Star and is remembered as one of the greatest guards in the history of the league. He was inducted into the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame in 1990.
