Ed Hogenboom

Ed Hogenboom is an entrepreneur and former owner of the Vaco bookstore and Prolasco, known for his initiative to develop the Waterkant project in Paramaribo, which aimed to create a vibrant arts and culture boulevard. He recently made headlines for expressing disappointment in Minister Stephan Tsang's portrayal of the project's status, citing years of bureaucratic delays and lack of support from the government, which ultimately led him to withdraw from the initiative.
