Eddie George is a former professional American football player who played as a running back in the NFL, primarily for the Tennessee Titans from 1996 to 2003. Known for his powerful running style and durability, George was a standout at Ohio State University before being selected in the first round of the NFL Draft. He was named NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year in 1996 and went on to earn four Pro Bowl selections during his career. After retiring from football, George transitioned into acting and business, while also serving as a college football coach.
